I've got to say, this is going to be one tough challenge. I've already had a few "moments of weakness" today and I'm wondering how we're going to achieve this eventual goal of going on a TRUE Reboot.
My problem is that I snack all day long. Like every three hours! Usually it's a cheese stick, or a yogurt, fruit, popcorn, or nuts. But sometimes I'm naughty while I'm at work... like just now, I had two crispy chicken wings. How will I be able to get through working a double shift at a Chinese restaurant without having my snacks? I'm around food all day long, smelling it, seeing it, listening to people crunching and licking their lips/fingers, and I bring plates of hot glistening food to their tables as my stomach is rumbling.
Generally I try to keep something healthy on hand so I don't falter. But when I've got seven tables of customers and I need food for myself NOW, I won't have time to make a juice!
I think we're going to have to plan this just right! And definitely working our way up to a Reboot is the way to go. I know myself- going cold turkey would end badly. (And daily.)
Anyway, it isn't easy, but we're not giving up yet!
